Tatum Keshwar was crowned as Miss South Africa 2008 last December 15, 2008 at the Sun City Resort, north of Johannesburg, South Africa. Tatum, a South African model of Indian origin, is the country’s pride for the Miss Universe 2009 pageant.
In the same year (2008), Tatum Keshwar won the Durban Model of the Year Competition. She was also one of the contestant of “Revlon Supermodel Season 3,” a reality modeling competition which aired from from November to December, 2007 on SABC3. She was also named as “Model of the Year” in 2005 and in the same year became a finalist in the Miss South Africa pageant.
Tatum is 24-year-old psychology graduate from University of KwaZulu-Natal. She loves going to gym, yoga, and abseiling. She admires Jo-Ann Strauss, former Miss South Africa and now a TV personality, and Basetsana Makgalemele-Khumalo.
