Sandra Vinces won the Miss Ecuador 2009 title last March 13, 2009 at the Coliseo Lorgio Pinargote, Manta, Ecuador. Miss Ecuador 2009 was televised at Gama TV. Sandra Vinces will represent the country for the upcoming Miss Universe 2009.
