Michelle Rouillard Estrada – Miss Colombia Universe 2008
Michelle Rouillard Estrada, Miss Cauca, was crowned as Miss Colombia 2008 at the 74th Miss Colombia Pageant last November 17, 2008 at the Auditorio Barahona, Centro de Convenciones Julio César Turbay, Cartagena de Indias. Michelle also won Miss Photogenic special award and will compete on August for the 2009 Miss Universe.
Michelle is a student of International Business student of Concord University of Canada. She stands 5’9″ tall and can speak French, Spanish, and English.
