Elena Bianca Constantin – Miss Romania Universe 2009
Elena Bianca Constantin was crowned as Miss Romania 2009 last June 27, 2009. Romania will be participating the 2009 Miss Universe pageant for the first time in 11 years.
The winners of Miss Romania 2009 was judged according to the 50% judges decision and 50% through TV-voting. The finalists competed in swimsuit, casual costume, evening dress, folkloric costume, and the interview portion. Aside from the 2009 Miss Romania title, Elena Bianca Constantin received “The Press award.”
Bianca was born on May 20, 2989 at Piatra-Neamt located in North East Romania. This 20 year-old Law student stands 5’8.” She speaks English and French and she love driving and of course shopping. Bianca wants to have a television career. She always wants to have her own TV show someday.
She also received a Viviane Tam laptop offered by Hewlett-Packard (HP) Romania, jewelries, memberships in fitness clubs, and a brand new Audi A3 Cabriolet 2009.
