Chloe Mortaud – Miss France Universe 2009
Sylvie Tellier passed (Valerie Begue’s title ) Miss France crown to this year’s new winner, Chloe Mortaud, last at the Puy du Fou theme park in Vendee, France. Chloe was born in Lisieux, France on September 19, 1989. She actually represents the Albigeois-Midi-Pyrenees, a southwest region of France. Chloe will represent the country to the 2009 Miss Universe pageant.

Chloe is a international business student who has dual citizenship, Half French and Half American. It was also the first time in the Miss France beauty pageant history to have a representative that has dual citizenship beauty.
