She is 20 years old from the autonomous capital district and the capital city of Paraguay – Asuncion. Even though it is just only a month of preparation, Mareike is ready to compete with 80 delegates of Miss Universe 2009 pageant.

Mareike is a second year International Trade student of Universidad de Cartago de Panama. Aside from the 2009 Miss Paraguay title she also received the “Best Smile award“.
