 Desiree van den Berg was crowned Miss Nederland 2010 (Miss Netherlands 2010) at Theater de Efteling (Efteling theater) in Kaatsheuvel on July 4, 2010. Famous Dutch fashion designer Addy van den Krommenacker was one of the judges of the Miss Netherlands pageant. She was named “Desiree” by her parents because of their ‘desire’ [...] Avalon-Chanel Weyzig is a 19 year-old half-Indonesian who won the 2009 Miss Netherlands (Miss Universe Nederlands) last June 27, 2009. She will be country’s representative for the upcoming 2009 Miss Universe pageant which will be held in Bahamas.
