The 2010 Miss Universe pageant is the 59th edition which will be held on August 23, 2010. It will feature 80+ beautiful candidates from around the world who will compete in three categories: evening gown, swimsuit, and Q&A portion.
National Broadcasting Company (NBC) and Miss Universe Organization owner, Donald J. Trump and President of the Miss Universe Organization, Paula M. Shugart, announced that Miss Universe 2010 will be held at at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Jim Murren, Chairman and CEO of MGM MIRAGE, said that the MGM Mirage family are thrilled that Mandalay Bay and Las Vegas have been selected to host this year’s Miss Universe pageant. They assured that it will be another succesful event.
The guest presenters for the 2010 Miss Universe pageant are not yet released and there are no further details who will be the judges of the said competition.
